The Economic Substance Act, 2018 (as amended) (the "Act"), defines relevant activity as the Companies carrying on core income generating activities.  TLML currently holds five (5) licenses in the BVI to carry on relevant activities as needed by our Clients. TLML is your Service Provider in the BVI and houses a variety of services to assist you in complying with Economic Substance requirements in the BVI.
